Menopause with Kindness. Food, Feelings and Finding Your Way.

In this nourishing episode of Revolutionise Your Love Life, Heather sits with Nutritional Therapist Laura de la Harpe to make sense of menopause and perimenopause in everyday terms. They explore common symptoms, why they happen, and the simple, kind choices that help you feel more like yourself. Expect practical food ideas, stress soothing, sleep wisdom and thoughtful guidance on tests, HRT options and relationship tenderness.

Key Takeaways:

  • Small daily choices make a big difference. Calmer plates, earlier suppers and a slower start often mean fewer flushes and clearer heads.
  • Gut first. Regular, comfortable bowels support hormones, mood and sleep. Probiotics and fibre rich foods really help.
  • Tender communication keeps couples close. Naming what is happening to your body turns pressure into partnership.
