Rewriting Your Story: Healing Childhood Wounds for Better Relationships.

In this heart-opening episode of Revolutionise Your Relationships, Heather dives deep into the world of childhood wounds and how they shape our adult lives. From the moment we are born, we begin forming beliefs about the world and our place in it—beliefs that are influenced by the care, attention, and emotional security we receive as children.

But what happens when those early adaptations no longer serve us? When the beliefs we formed as children hold us back from the fulfilling relationships and self-worth we deserve?

In this episode, Heather explores how these patterns manifest in our adult lives—whether it’s self-doubt, people-pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries. Heather discusses the physiological and emotional impact of unresolved childhood wounds and, most importantly, how we can start the healing process.

You’ll walk away with practical tools to recognise and transform old belief systems, cultivate self-compassion, and step into a more empowered, authentic version of yourself. Healing is possible, and it starts with awareness and intention.

💫 Are you ready to let go of the past and embrace a future that truly belongs to you?
